Please read the following terms carefully before renting. By booking, you agree to all provisions below:
1. Driver requirements
- Minimum age 21 (25 for some luxury and sports cars).
- Valid driving licence recognised in the UAE.
- Residents must hold valid UAE residence.
2. Rental period
- Rental is charged per 24-hour day.
- Late return beyond one hour may incur additional charges.
3. Refundable security deposit
- A deposit is collected at pick-up and refunded within 21 days after return if there are no damages or violations.
4. Traffic violations
- The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik, Darb, parking fees, plus administrative charges during the rental period.
5. Fuel policy
- The vehicle is supplied at a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level.
- Fuel shortfall may be deducted from the deposit.
6. Usage limits
- Use outside the UAE or off-road without prior approval is prohibited.
- Racing or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
7. Insurance & excess
All vehicles are comprehensively insured.
If the renter is at fault in an accident, they are liable for:
- The insurance excess stated in the policy.
- Workshop downtime charged at the daily rental rate.
8. Mileage allowance
- 250 km per day included.
- AED 5 per additional kilometre.
9. Maintenance & breakdowns
- Routine maintenance is our responsibility.
- Contact us immediately for any fault; do not repair without authorisation.
10. Cancellation & refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
- Late cancellation may incur an administrative fee.
11. Cleanliness & smoking
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
- Cleaning fees may be deducted if the car is returned excessively dirty.
